Frequently Asked Questions

How many game drives do we do per day?

  <<Previous FAQ   Next FAQ >>

Our full safari game drive days are set up to allow up to 2 possible game drives per day. When in Tanzania we are out all day. We can do this as we take a cook with us who cooks a bush lunch. We arrange our safaris in this manner to give everyone the best possible chance for wildlife viewing and wildlife photography. That being the case, it is absolutely up to the client's own discretion to decide how many game drives they wish to participate in each day. While we commonly have a very high participation in each and every game drive, sometimes people wish to take a rest or just try something different. Depending on location, there are a number of other activities that you can participate in while on safari such as guided nature walks, balloon rides. Most of these activities are available at a reasonable fee. Or if you just need to get some extra rest, you will have the opportunity to do so at the lodge. We work very hard to give everyone on each of our safari's their very best "safari value" by using only top quality equipment, limiting seating to maximize viewing, giving everyone access to the best and most knowledgeable guides and by offering the most amount of game viewing we can possibly pack into each day. However, we want our trips to be flexible enough that if someone wants to get some extra rest or try something different for the day or even part of the day, they will have the opportunity to do so.
